Shalom, Eddie;

Upon awakening to hear our local news this day, we were shocked and saddened to hear that the Messianic Synagogue (Beth Israel) that we attend
here in the Tampa Bay area was vandalized. The *attackers* did damage to the outside of the building, as well as, throwing a large stick
through the window which had the star of David in it. They also left a very specific note on the door. (The contents of this letter have not
been released at this time.) We have not been able to get ahold of our Rabbi or any other members, so we have no other information. We will be
attending Shabbat services tomorrow eve. and will probably find out more at this time regarding the nature of the crime. Are we starting to see
persecution here within our own country?

If you are interested, we will keep you up to date on this incident. Meanwhile, please keep Rabbi Haim Levi and the congregation
of Beth Israel in your prayers. We know that we serve the mighty G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and surly He will deliver His people!

Shalom Alecheim!

Keith and Tamara Seaman

You have said there is only one Messianic synagogue in SC. That may be technically so. There are others that are "Hebraic-roots"
oriented, though. (I.e., mostly Gentile, but learning and studying Torah from a Hebraic perspective but believeing in Yeshua.)

Congregation Beth Lechem meets in Cayce, near Columbia, one Shabbat Eve and Shabbat morning/early afternoon. COntact Web Hulon at (803)
957-9087.

James Austin was a Baptist minister who has converted to Messianic Judaism, and he has begun three synagogues in SC -- Myrtle Beach,
Charleston, and I believe Greenville (that may be the same one you mentioned). Contact him at (803) 249-4733.

In addition to the three or four others I mentioned, there is also a fellowship meeting in Augusta. Contact Jimmy in Aiken, SC at
Akeidah@mindspring.com
