A very interesting resource I have in my home library is "A
Dictionary of Angels".

By Gustav Davidson. Library of Congress Card 66-19757. It
can be found in the Rekuguib/Reference of Christian book store.

Hope this helps.

SHALOM.

Two more books worth consideration are Angels the Host of heaven
by Dr. David Jeremiah and Angels Dark and Light by Gary Kinnaman.
Both are very good and informative and are not difficult to read. I've also
read Grant Jefferys book on angles and again highly recommend it.

Shabath Shalom to All.

Every good book of Systematic theology has a section about this
subject. Ariel Ministry has a course on Systematic Theology where the
author dealing with this issue. Look under ANGEOLOGY . I just want to
give all of you a warning: don't seek for special angelic encounters,
seek the Lord our Elohim through His Ruaj HaKodesh and His Torah.
Let Yeshua be glorified. Keep Him in focus, not angels. Although angels
are real and part of Elohim's action in the Universe, let us emphasis
than Yeshua did: The Ruaj HaKodesh and His Word. If the Lord, Bless
be Him, wants reveals angels to you, He will do. Of course, we need to
know this wonderfull doctrine, but my point is this: put your eyes on
YESHUA and His Torah. Seek His Presence, keep the best intimacy,
personal and growing relationship with Him through His Word and the
rest is comentary. In reference to the book " Angels on assignment",
just a warning word: be carefull. It is hard to believe to me than
angels visit you in your house and keep playing with your dog as
brother Buck has said there. Even in the book a picture of the dog
"Queenie" is presented.

Shabath Shalom.

Dan.

Shabbat Shalom, Pamela!

Regarding others' replies, I read "Angels on Assingment" years ago,
and was somewhat concerned that the angel gave predictions and
dates that didn't to my knowledge come to pass. They're right, though,
it is an interesting read, and I have a copy if that's what you decide on.
Please continue to consider the Scriptures as the best book on angels,
and our scorce for the ballance to see from the Creator's perspective,
and avoid the possible creature-worship that is tempting this age.

To HIM be the Glory,

Lois

Eddie: There's a book by C. Fred Dickason, who at the time he wrote it
was a professor at Moody Bible Institute, called "Angels: Elect &
Evil." It's a thorough, Biblical treatment of angels/demons.
