Shalom:

I would like to know the meaning of these words: tefilla, tehillim, and
tefillot.  These terms were used in prayer requests of Jewish people in
some material I have.  I believe the Jewish people say certain healing
Psalms.  I think they recite Psalms as healing prayers.  Can anyone
explain this to me?  I would like to know if this is correct.  If so,
does anyone know which Psalms?  Also, is there a correct way to do
this?  I would appreciate any information you may have on this subject.
