     The best book on the topic I have found is David Rausch's A
LEGACY OF HATRED: WHY CHRISTIANS MUST NOT FORGET THE HOLOCAUST
originally published by Moody, with a 2nd slightly expanded
edition printed more recently by Baker.

Also useful are Hal Lindsey's ROAD TO THE HOLOCAUST and Mike
Brown's OUR HANDS ARE STAINED WITH BLOOD.
