Dear Eddie,

It was great to meet you and your wonderful group. You had asked for
my thoughts on my second Passover. For one, I am grateful to have
celebrated it and yet grieved over the many who do not have a clue.
To celebrate the Feasts of the Lord is suh a liberating experience.
There are so many things you have to justify yourself around in
Christian circles and it is liberating to talk with someone and just
point to the scripture and let it speak for itself. I finally
understand what it means to stand on the rock. The Torah is such a
strong rock. Absolutely nothing can stand against it. I hurt for
those who still try to squirm their way around Torah. Admittedly, I
am not all the way there yet. Just one major thought concerning the
Passover we celebrated with you in Ohio: I was struck at the many
times that God has passed over His people in various contexts and
situations and I wrote a poetic piece which details what I have
gotten from my Passover experience thsi year.  The Lord's blessings
on you and your ministry until He comes.

                                            Pass Overs

In the beginning, the Spirit of God hovered over the waters
It passed over the darkness of the deep
YHVH revealed Himself, from the light there came life
And it was good

Six days of  Self expression, the works of His hands
Sign bearers in the heavens and artistic beauty in the earth
Even perfection was to be outdone, a holy day most perfect, the
Sabbath And it was good

The seven day cycle completed, the pattern forever established
Now for a man, the perfect image of the Creator to carry out His will
>From the red clay a body was fashioned and YHVH passed over and
breathed Himself into man And it was good

Adam, the beauty and wonder of  YHVH
In the cool of the evenings YHVH passed over, sweet fellowship
In His great love and  mercy, YHVH prepared to act on the man's behalf
as only Jireh could And it was good

In that garden, that place of shalom
YHVH passed over the sleeping body of man, from his side He lovingly
labored Awakened and presented with his bride, the man exclaimed "she
is flesh of my flesh", and they became one And it was good

At the first tree, an offer was made; "You shall be like God"
YHVH passed over and searched for His beloved
Disobedience shattered the unity and death and decay was exalted in
that day And it was not good

The root of sin had taken hold and man had become fully corrupt
Sinful man was wiped out and YHVH once again passed over the waters
Forty long days and nights and yet Noah, who kept the commandments of
El Elyon, was saved And it was good

How quickly the root of sin once again appeared and with it the age
old lie To the heavens! We shall build for ourselves a tower and
ascend to our thrones But YHVH passed over and was displeased. He
judged evil men and dispersed them to the nations And it was good

Next YHVH chose for Himself a people and so called Abram out of a
foreign land He passed over him, blessed him, and renamed him and
Sarai with the Heh The everlasting covenant was established and those
who obeyed it were given life And it was good

On Mount Moriah, a sacrifice was commanded, a son was to be given An
only son, the son of the promise. The test, would he, could he obey?
YHVH passed over and saw Abraham, an obedient priest, and moved to
spare his son And it was good

The nation of the covenant soon found themselves slaves to pharaoh
With parched lips and  sun scorched skin, they cried out to YHVH YHVH
passed over, heard their cries and called forth a deliverer And it was
good

The confrontation began.Pharaoh against Moshe and Lucifer against YHVH
Let My people go! The commandment fell on deaf ears and hardened
hearts YHVH passed over the land and struck it with plagues And it was
good

The time had come for both Jew and Gentile, all those seeking
deliverance A new command was given to those who would hear and obey
All men were to be circumcised and were to partake of the Lord's Feast
And it was good

A lamb, perfect and without spot or blemish was to be slain
The blood to be applied to the wood for salvation
A transfer of life, a lamb for undeserving man
And it was good

For those who refused to heed the commandment of the Lord, the cost
was steep Their own flesh and blood, the loss of the first born In
YHVH's great mercy and compassion, a way had been provided. Just obey!
And it was good

Throughout the land, lambs were slain and eaten
The blood was applied and the obedient waited for the salvation of
their God At the appointed time, YHVH passed over and slew the
firstborn of the unrighteous And it was good

Morning came and wails were heard throughout the land
The unrighteous had drunk from the cup of God's wrath
The righteous were obedient to YHVH's commands and received a crown of
life And it was good

To the Red Sea the people, both  Jew  and Gentile, followed YHVH
He passed over the sea and parted it with His finger
The righteous ones who had obeyed the command in Egypt were saved by
His mighty acts And it was good

Onward to the Holy mountain, the smoking throne of El Shaddai
Saved by mercy and grace, delivered from bondage and covered by the
blood YHVH taught them amidst the thunders and the lightning how they
should live And it was good

The holy Presence passed over the trembling people and the 70 tongues
of fire went forth Will you this day be covenanted with me? Do you
accept my proposal? Will you be my people? We will obey!! And YHVH
passed over and spread His garment over them claiming them as His very
own And it was good

But the root of sin so quickly emerged again. YHVH wooed His beloved
again and again. He sent kings and prophets but when corruption was
full, He sent His people into captivity. His people were unfaithful,
the covenant broken, the cup of betrothal poured out, a get issued And
it was not good

The root of sin soon became a tree
For 2000 years man continued in sin and disobedience
Another Passover sacrifice was needed, one last one to conquer sin and
confine it to the grave And it was good

On that difficult night in the Upper Room, the plan was unveiled in
the bread and the wine One last sacrifice, broken bread, poured wine,
broken body, spilled blood To each, He offered to partake, to be
filled with Him and to be covered by His blood And it was good

Condemned to the tree or was He? Was it not the plan all along? A
willing sacrifice for you and me In between the evenings the earth
beheld the glory of YHVH as He passed over His Son The earth trembled
because it knew YHVH. In darkness, it shook violently at the
thundering of the LORD And it was good

A cry of anguish, a cry of joy, a cry of victory, "It is finished"
YHVH passed over, a pleasing sacrifice, atonement for sin The veil
forever torn, man once again able to boldly approach the Throne And it
was good

An unwelcome visit, the victor passed over hell and entered in
Entered as a conqueror, demanded the keys and set the prisoner free An
awesome exchange, the keys of authority taken, the full of load of sin
left behind And it was good

Three days and three nights, anxiously awaiting to rejoin His bride
The price was paid. All dominion and authority now belonged to the
Lamb Now for sweet fellowship with His beloved, awaiting His Father's
command And it was good

On the Sabbath, the day of rest and the day of celebration of finished
work Early in the morning, at the appointed time, YHVH passed over
that guarded tomb The blinding light, YHVH Himself, flooded that
place. Death fled, forever defeated And it was good

The stone was rolled away, soldiers fell as dead, unwillingly
prostrate before the risen King Behold the Lamb!! Wait! A lamb no
longer but a lion. Yes!! The Lion of Judah Into the garden He walked,
the cool breezes of Eden, paradise found And it was good

Forty days YHVH gave His Son to fellowship with His bride
He loved them, encouraged them and left them with a final command,
"Go! I will be with you always" Yeshua rose towards Heaven and passed
over those looking on, forever mediator between man and God And it was
good

2000 years have passed, we are at the end of the sixth day
The work will soon be done, the fields harvested, the world judged To
enter into His rest is the yearning of our hearts, but there is much
more to be done And it is good

Soon the great trump shall resound, a glorious family reunion
The glorious bride and the Great Son of Man
The Great Sabbath, the Day of the Lord, the day of our intimacy
And it will be good

The world will tremble, the glory and majesty of El Gibbor, the mighty
man of war The conqueror of death and the grave will claim His kingdom
and shall cleanse it from all unrighteousness One last shmittah and
Yeshua will present Himself, our Jubilee And it will be good

The grand design, the story of the ages and yet there was a special
pass over just for me One day I heard the proposal, "Will you follow
Me?" He offered me the cup of betrothal, His own blood In acceptance,
I drank from the cup and gave myself to Him. He covered me with His
garment and I am His And it was good

Yes, that day I chose Yeshua, a perfect lamb, and He covered the door
of my heart with His blood YHVH passed over and I lived!! He led me to
the mikveh and washed me with water and the Word A new man!! Or rather
a blood covered newborn babe. YHVH had done a brand new thing And it
was good

That's not all. YHVH led me to His commandments and showed me how to
love Him I am on a journey and it is a process. Through obedience,
being transformed into His likeness This Passover, I celebrate my
deliverance and my life in Yeshua. YHVH passed over me and I live!!
And it is very good

Shalom Aleichem

I too would like to give a testimony regarding Passover. Jews for
Jesus came to our church last week and gave us a presentation on
Y'shua in the Passover, I was so inspired by what I heard and saw that
I have convinced my church have Passover next year.

Jonathan Bernd who came to us was excellent, we learned to sing some
Hebrew songs, Jonathan is part of the group Liberated Wailing Wall and
a very accomplished musician and singer.   At the end of the feast we
took communion and two women came forward and committed their lives to
Y'shua.

One of the women is married to one of our church members, he is a
Messianic Jew, the other was her friend.  They occasionally go to
church with Charles but only to keep him "happy", well they were so
overcome by the presentation, that when Jonathan and my pastor asked
people to come forward they came and Jonathan and Iris prayed with
them and they became "born again".  We serve a mighty, mighty G-d,
dont we?

Father
I thank You that You are such a loving caring G-d ,that You lay it on
peoples hearts to come to You through Your Son Y'shua.  Praise You and
thank You for Your love to us all.  Amen.

B'shem Adonai Y'shua HaMassiach

Eddie and Rooter,

We are Deaf and our four children are hearing.  It  was  our first
Messiah Passover seder.  It was very long for our young children.
The best part the children like was to get out of chairs and do the
ten plagues. We copied it from Aish Hatorah.  We will do again next
year with friends and will order more Haggadah books and things we
need for seder.  Funny part that we argued about the four wine
glasses and we only have two.  I told him just use one and other one
for Elijah.  He says it will confused the children and I told him no,
we will explain to them that next year we will have four wine glasses
ok!.  We dropped the subject then con't preparing the table.  After
the passover finish then we sat down watch the video that we recorded
called the Rugrats Passover. Children enjoyed and David and I looked
at each other and laughed about the grandparents argued about the
wine glasses.  Funny  huh!!  We will do better next year!! Eddie your
book we read called The Seven Festivals, and we enjoyed.  We will
read again and again when it is time to celebrate the festival.  We
hope we can do the video for the Deaf people if anyone interesting to
help us and email us! Smile and See you next year in Jerusalem!!

Shalom,

David and Nancy Wyman
