CIRCUMCISION REFERS TO A JEW AND UNCIRCUMCISION REFERS TO A NON-JEW

Romans 3:30 Seeing it is one God which shall justify the circumcision by faith and uncircumcision through faith.

Romans 4:9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.
