Step #4: Yachatz

During Yachatz, you take the middle of the three pieces of matzah in the middle section of the matzah tosh bag.

You break the middle piece and the larger of the two pieces and wrap it inside a napkin. It is hidden to be used as the akikomen later in the seder service.
