When Yeshua ascended to be with the heavenly Father, He gave gifts to men through the indwelling Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 4:7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Mashiach.

Ephesians 4:8 Wherefore he says, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
