ONE GOAT FOR A SIN OFFERING

The goat upon whom fell the lot, ‘To YHVH’ was given to be a sin offering for the nation of Israel.

Leviticus 16:9 And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the YHVH’S lot fell and offer him for a sin offering.
