AZAZEL IS A TYPE OF HASATAN
The Hebrew word for ‘Azazel’ is scapegoat. Azazel was seen as a type of Satan (HaSatan) in the extra-biblical book of Enoch 8:1. The sins being laid upon Azazel and being sent into the wilderness can be seen as a type of judgment upon Satan (HaSatan) who will be cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
