PUTTING ON WHITE GARMENTS

White garments represent clothes of purity, righteousness and the wedding dress of a bride. In Job / Iyov 29:14 it is written:

Job 29:14 I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment was as a robe and a diadem.

In Psalm / Tehillim 132:9 it is written:

Psalm 132:9 Let your priests be clothed with righteousness; and let your saints shout for joy.
