ABRAHAM BELIEVED THAT YHVH WOULD RAISE ISAAC FROM THE DEAD

When Abraham purposed in his heart to obey the God of Israel and offer Isaac upon the altar, Abraham believed that if Isaac was slain that the God of Israel would raise Isaac from the dead. In Hebrews 11:17-19 it is written:

Hebrews 11:17 By faith, Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac; and he that had received the promise offered up his only begotten son,

Hebrews 11:18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall your seed be called:
