     THE NEWSGROUP IS BACK !!!!!!!

     Dear Mishpochah (family):
The last Hebraic Heritage newsgroup was sent out in late
January. In the month of January, I announced to the newsgroup that
the God of ISRAEL had stirred my heart and persuaded me that NOW was
the time for me to go into full-time ministry. Eventually, I will
move to New York as the PHYSICAL BASE of the ministry. However, HHMI
is a GLOBAL ministry. I will still be traveling and speaking at
conference both in the USA and Internationally. It is also a desire
in my heart to pursue getting the Hebraic roots message out through
radio and / or TV. I will need the rest of the year to PREPARE for
this possible event. It is also a strong upon my heart to write my next
book, "Joseph Reveals Himself To His Brothers" by September, 2003.
My last day of work as a 17 year full-time employee as a computer
professional with a Fortune 500 company was March 29. I have agreed
to work for the company as a contractor part-time for 10-20 hours a
week until they find a replacement for me. Being part-time, my time
is completely flexible and these part-time hours will revolve around
my ministry schedule.
Therefore, I am in TRANSITION from being a full-time employee
to my move to New York to be in full-time ministry. I have received
various requests to speak at conferences and give seminars in the next
couple of months. From past experience, whenever I announce that I
will be speaking and giving a weekend seminar, there are always
newsgroup members who attend and several have come to me and told me
that they drove as far as 6-7 hours to attend. I will include in this
e-mail my speaking schedule through July 4.
By working for 17 years as a computer professional, I was
entitled to 5 weeks of vacation. I also carried over one week of
vacation from 2001. I took my 6 weeks of vacation from January
25-March 11 before my final day as a full-time employee on March 29.
The last weekend in January, I travelled to the Sedley, Sask,
Canada area to do a weekend seminar. Then, I travelled to Oklahoma to
attend a Hebraic roots leaders conference. The next two weeks I went
on a family vacation with my parents. Following this, I went to
Israel from February 18-27. Then, I spoke at a Hebraic Roots
conference in South Africa the first weekend in March. I returned to
Ohio on March 11. The first part of this e-mail is a report from
these trips. The last part of this e-mail will give my speaking
schedule through July 4.
The last weekend in January, I did a weekend seminar in Canada.
Here is a report from that seminar.

Subject:Greetings from Canada....
Dear Eddie,
Just a quick note to let you know what has transpired since you were here in January.
Shortly, after you were here the group decided to discuss the issue of
moving to the Sabbath day, Saturday. Unanimously it was agreed. The
very next Saturday we had 30 people. We've hovered around that now
for about two months. Before that we were around a dozen. This
growth has been overwhelming. Something to be said for being small.
Though I know that 30 is still small. To train this many who
virtually nothing about their Hebraic roots is daunting. We have 70
people coming for Passover, what started out to be no more than 40
grew over night. This shows me that people are in deed hungry to know
truth (Torah). People are still talking about your messages that you
shared, I know that they must still be listening to their tapes. Your
coming to Canada was a great blessing to us!
Your ministry has been a true blessing to me. I say this to encourage
you as you go on to your new venture in New York. I know how changes
can be unsettling yet exciting. I pray that the God of Israel bless
you and keep and give you shalom.
Hag Samach,
Camille Cavers

I went to Israel with the church in NY from February 18-27.
We spent the first couple days in the Galilee area. The last three
days we were in Jerusalem. While in Jerusalem, I separated from the
tour group and attended and spoke at the "Ephraim / Judah Confernece"
where those from Ephraim / Joseph who love Torah, our Hebraic roots
and desire to show our love and support for the Jewish people and the
land of Israel gathered together with our brother Judah.
The two main speakers from Judah who attended the conference
were Yair Davidi of Brit-Am and Rabbi Abraham Feld. Rabbi Feld is a
close supporter of Yair Davidi and Brit-Am.
I was blessed to be able to spend personal time with Yair
and Rabbi Feld. Rabbi Feld and Yair took me out to a restaurant in
Jerusalem where we walked for several hours one evening. The next
day, I spend part of the day with Yair and we took a taxi to the Old
city. Later that night, Rabbi Feld invited me to a Purim party that
he was hosting in a West Bank settlement.
By being able to spend this tme with Yair and Rabbi Feld, I
felt like the God of Israel bestowed upon me the "favor of Joseph"
while I was with my brother, Judah. I believe that this was only the
beginning of building relationships with Judah in the land that the
God of Israel will bless in mighty ways. The following is Yair's
comments on the conference.

Recent Activities of Brit-Am in Jerusalem:
Yair Davidiy spoke at the Renaissance Hotel in Jerusalem to a group
of pastors and intercessors led by Pastor Anastassi of New York who
came over in support of Israel. After the talk a frank more-private
discussion was held with Pastor Anastassi and leaders of his group.
Rabbi Feld and Yair Davidiy spoke at a conference at the Mount Zion
Hotel hosted by Polly Grimes. The message was well received, books
were bought, friends made. A strong and positive experience. Other
people who spoke included John and Jill Hulley, Eddie Chumney, and
Ephraim Frank. Eddie Chumney of Hebrew Heritages spent the day with Yair
Davidiy and then in the evening Eddie accompanied Yair and Rabbi Feld to
a Purim party (that Rabbi Feld was hosting) on the settlement of
Mattatiyahu. Eddie informed us that from his experience 10's of millions
of people in the USA are potentially interested in Brit-Am. Eddie said
that in his opinion straight quotes from the Bible and Biblical
insights and commentary are the most effective means to spread the
message and persuade others of its veracity. Possibilities of
increased future cooperation were discussed and mutual contact will be
maintained and strengthened.
                     ++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Following my trip to Israel, I took a plane to South Afica the
SAME DAY that I arrived in NY from Israel. In South Africa, I spoke
at the FIRST EVER "Restoring Both Houses of Israel" conference in
South Africa. The Bible says in Isaiah 42:4 that the "isles shall
wait for His Torah". These "isles" are defined as the extremities of
the earch which would include South Africa. This conference took
place on the COAST of South Africa in Cape Town. I spoke at this
conference along with Ephraim Frank who lives in the West Bank in
Israel. The following is Ephraim's report of the conference:

Subject: Trip to South Africa
Shalom Fellow Israelite,
Again I want to thank everyone for their prayers and loving support
for myself while in South Africa, and for my family which remained at
home. With the situation being as it is, it was not an easy decision
to leave at this time, but we knew that if Abba were to provide for
the trip that that would be an indication as to His will. Three days
before I had to pick up the tickets, out of His abundance came an
unexpected check in the mail along with two refunds from an old
pension fund that neither of us knew we had. The total amount covered
the flight tickets. Another confirming signal was awaiting me when I
arrived at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv on the night of my flight,
which was scheduled for 11:55 p.m. When looking for the check-in
section I saw next to my flight number, in big red letters, "delayed
until 0700". I welcomed this change, as I generally am unable to sleep
on night flights, and with the conference's opening session due to
begin only a few hours after my arrival, I would have gone without
sleep for almost 36 hours. This change, therefore, was a gift from
YHWH. I and the other passengers, some of whom were very upset at not
having been informed about this change ahead of time, were put up for
the night in a very nice hotel, which allowed me the sleep time that I
needed.
At the same time, the issue of being the first speaker at the
conference's evening session had also been resolved, even before I had
ever anticipated it to become a problem. When Eddie Chumney and I met
in Israel, just a few days beforehand, we had already decided that he
would take that first session. YHWH can never be out guessed or taken
by surprise; He knew that I would not arrive in South Africa until the
last session of the evening, and therefore led us accordingly!
There were about 250 people present on that first night, but because
the conference was advertised as an 'Israel Conference', many did not
know exactly what to expect. Hence, some of the participants were
faced and challenged with new information as to 'who is Israel'. Other
participants were among those who subscribe to the 'Sacred Name only'
movement, and still others had varying doctrines as to Yeshua's
identity. The brothers who had put the conference together were
therefore not unduly concerned about possible controversies that could
arise in the course of the event. I would like to take this
opportunity to thank all those who were involved in organizing and
arranging this get-together, which took months of preparation and a
lot of work.
However, because the Ruach led the event, and the work that was done
in preparation, His anointing took over the entire time. On the first
evening Eddie and I shared on some fundamental Torah principles, which
established a common ground that we could build on the following day.
The Gospel of the Kingdom and Yeshua had to be explained from the
Torah and the Prophets. After the conference we realized YHWH's
objective was that which is mentioned in Acts 28:23, where the Apostle
taught the Gospel of the Kingdom and Yeshua from Moses and the
Prophets. Eddie came prepared to teach on the Messiah and I on the
Kingdom.
However, opposition did show up in the form of a Jewish man who, with
his followers, seems to show up at all Messianic conferences and
events in that part of the country, and naturally did not want to miss
this opportunity to target the assembly with his opinions. His
contention focused on the thought that although YHWH is the Father and
Yeshua the Son, something that all were in agreement with, of course,
yet the latter (i.e. Yeshua) is a created being and those who believe
that the life of the Father (YHWH) was in the Son reconciling the
world unto Himself are heretical and 'anti-Messiah'. We allowed him
to come up and share his perspective during the questions and answers
period, but when he exceeded his time limit, displaying behavior that
exposed fruit unbecoming a servant of YHWH, the microphone had to be
shut off. He stormed angrily out of the room together with his
followers. This incidence, however, turned out for the best, as it
gave us an opportunity to address the error and to shed greater
clarity on the issue.
I had heard from some of the participants that there was expectancy in
the local churches for a revival in Cape Town, and that the fires of
this revival were supposed to spread on to the rest of Africa. They
also told us that there had been visions of a candle kindled just
beneath Cape Town, whose flames would rise on each side of the
Continent. We felt that maybe the conference was that candle that
would set the House of Joseph aflame. At one point Rimona called me
and shared about some of the tragic events in the land. And though
she was very shaken over so many young people getting killed, she also
felt that YHWH was showing that what was taking place at the
conference was part of the preparation for what will become the
solution to the conflict.
When I had made my original flight arrangements I did not reserve a
flight back from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Rather, I felt to leave
that open ended. I eventually saw YHWH's wisdom in doing that. He
filled the time with home meetings almost every night, in varying
places in the Cape Town area, and I was also invited to share in Port
Elizabeth, which is on the east side of the Cape. Before leaving Cape
Town, Eddie and I were taken on a beautiful ride down the coast to
visit with Johann Lukoff an old friend of mine and now retired
director of the Christian Embassy in Jerusalem. He was very open to
this message and asked for more materials. We also had an opportunity
to visit Table Mountain and other lovely locations. Thanks again to
our hosts and those who chauffeured us around!
Eddie left for the States on Thursday, and early Friday morning I took
a 12-hour bus trip to Port Elizabeth. Again, there were Divine
fingerprints on this travel arrangement. I was hoping to get a window
seat on the right side of the bus, for best visibility of the
beautiful mountainous landscape. However, when the bus arrived, the
right side was almost full, except for one seat next to a lady who was
sitting on the aisle side. As I sat down next to the window I gave
thanks to YHWH. Within a short time we struck up a conversation. When
she found out that I was from Israel, she became excited and said that
she had always wanted to come and visit our land, as she and her
husband were believers and mission teachers. That naturally opened
the door for sharing, and over the next five hours we discussed the
Two Houses and the Gospel of the Kingdom, as YHWH opened her heart to
receive Gospel truths.
Upon arrival in Port Elizabeth I was met by my host, who, with his
family, received me graciously. We had a meal together with another
couple, talking and discussing many topics. The following morning we
all gathered again for more discussions and Bible studies. It seemed
that in just a matter of a few minutes we were knit together in the
bond of the Father's love. I believe that this love is the consuming
fire that will be burning in the redeemed House of Joseph.
That afternoon I had to leave for Johannesburg, for the following
day's seminar. I was met at the airport and taken to the home of
another very special family. When I first entered the house I was
under the impression that it was an Ultra Orthodox Jewish home. But
it soon became obvious that we shared in the same love, understanding,
and acceptance that I had experienced in the previous groups. At the
meeting there was also a brother from Nigeria who was very interested
in this message. YHWH opened his understanding to this truth and he
was excited about taking it to his own country, and extended an
invitation to come and share with the brethren there.
The following day we had a seminar, which was held in a very large and
beautiful home. The host was the one who had picked me up at the
airport, and it was he who had arranged for the meeting. There were
about 40 people in attendance, and also three Orthodox Jews, one of
whom was a Rabbi who heads an organization called "Jews for Jews" and
"Yad Leachim", which is an anti missionary organization. Upon
introducing myself he immediately asked me if I were "a Jew who
believed in Jesus". YHWH gave me words in those moments that disarmed
my investigator, and allowed us to begin to build a relationship. The
Rabbi at first announced that he and his companions were only going to
stay for a very short time, but instead they stayed for almost the
entire meeting. When he and his comrades left, they shook my hand and
thanked me for the challenging Tanach study.
At break time a lady came up and introduced herself, asking if I knew
a particular couple that lived in Israel. Amazingly, just before
leaving Israel this very couple had asked me to contact their
relatives in South Africa, which I intended on doing, and now here was
a very close friend of the mother of one of them! She suggested that I
meet with her, and the mother of our friend, the following day (before
going back to Israel), and that we did. Upon arriving back in Israel
I spoke with the daughter and I understand that the meeting had
ministered greatly to her mother. The afternoon session on Sunday was
concluded with questions and answers, which also afforded an
opportunity for people to get to know one another and have some
foundational teaching on the Gospel of the Kingdom from the Tanach.
Again, I want to thank those who hosted me in their home and the
family that accommodated everyone for the meeting.
YHWH was still not finished with His amazing creativity. While
standing in line at the airport, with Wilhelm who hosted the seminar,
and waiting to have my luggage checked, I saw, much to my surprise the
Rabbi from the previous day. He was accompanying a young man who
looked as though he had just been through a wringer. I went over to
greet the Rabbi, while Wilhelm was watching my luggage. We exchanged
a few words and he also had some questions from the previous day's
session. The other man, who became involved in the conversation,
expressed strong anti-church sentiments and was constantly attacking
that 'institution', as he put it. He was amazed that I actually
agreed with his opinions. When the Rabbi went over to talk to Wilhelm,
I conversed some more with this troubled young man. It was then that
he told me that he was a believer in Yeshua, but was being torn apart
by a church where he was asked to give up his Jewishness. He had been
brought up in the United States in a very Orthodox home, and while
living in Israel came to know the Messiah and married, in Israel, a
Christian woman who also loved the land. After a while they moved to
South Africa, where she was from. When sharing with Jews about the
Messiah he got in trouble with the Rabbi's organization, and in this
way became acquainted with the Rabbi himself. However, because his
Jewishness was so challenged by the church he finally broke down, not
knowing what to do about his inner turmoil. He couldn't stay in that
religious institution and deny who he was as a Jew, and finally
decided to run away. Contacting the Rabbi, he was helped, with the
organization paying for a hotel room where he had taken time to think
and to come to a conclusion as to what he wanted to do. He felt he
needed to go back to Israel, and left his wife and baby at his
in-laws' house. He told me that his wife was extremely upset, and he
was not sure what she would do. I couldn't help but think that our
meeting was another Divine arrangement, and I mentioned to him that
perhaps the friend, who was with me, could call his wife. He quickly
wrote down her telephone number and just then the Rabbi returned, and
I had to go and check my luggage through. I gave Wilhelm the note with
the telephone number and left. On the plane, when settling into my
seat, I suddenly saw the large knitted kippa (yarmulke). Slowly
making his way down the aisle, the young man got closer and closer
until he stopped at his assigned seat... right next to mine! We spent
the next eight hours in the Word, and I saw the miracle of the "truth
that sets free". I have just heard from Wilhelm, and he has been in
contact with this man's wife and she may be coming to their home for
the Shabbat meeting.
All praise, glory and honor to YHWH and to the Lamb.
Shabbat Shalom

When I returned from my six week trip to Ohio on March 11, I
knew that I would be BURIED in trying to get caught up with things. I
finished my last 3 weeks of work. Meanwhile, I had 1,500 e-mail's at
work and 1,500 e-mail's on my personal e-mail account. I was also
three months behind in processing new member requests. Since the last
newsgroup, we have had over 400 people join the newsgroup and this
will be their first newsgroup e-mail messages. I also have over 1,000
e-mail messages sent to the newsgroup e-mail address. Finally, I had
to send out outstanding orders from those who ordered my three books
while I was on vacation. I am ALMOST caught up. So, I will continue
to get current in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for your
patience and understanding.
In the next several weeks, I will be traveling to Duluth, MN,
Portland, OR, Dallas, TX, Vista, CA and Grand Rapids, MI. Then, I
will be in Denver, CO for Shavuot / Pentecost and then plan to travel
to Israel with Rick Richardson the end of May to plan and prepare for
the Sukkot Feast of Tabernacles with Orthodox Jews this September
18-29 in Jerusalem. When I return from Israel, I will go to Houston,
TX, Redding, CA, Tampa, FL and Kansas City, Mo. This will take me to
July 4th. Right now, I plan to try to move to NY the end of July.
