February 19-21, 1999: Women Restored Conference in Branson, MO
at Stonecroft. We have posted (thanks to Pam Staley of Mesharet
Outreach) the brochure for this conference on our site. Please go
there to download and print it out on your own computer. Now, here's
the plan for the brochure:

Once you print it off (its in pdf format so you may have to
download and install Acrobat if you haven't already off the net
and Pam provided that link, too) you will have 2 sheets of 8 1/2" x 14"
paper (get some legal size paper for the masters, okay? Print
shops will sell you individual sheets of paper as well as reams) that are
masters. Tape or glue them together and you can go to any copier and
print them off, okay?

Our plan is this: IF YOU WILL PRINT the brochures off on yellow
or pink legal size paper at a Kinkho's, your school, or church,
then you can distribute them for us all over the world. Where do we
want them put? How about handing them out to your friends, or,
how about taking some to church or Bible study? How about taking
them to places where women hang out (local quilt shop or fabric
store)? How about asking your local library, or bookstore if you can
leave some with them? You can even write your name and phone
number on them if the people want a local contact and you could even
car pool it to the conference with the people that contact you
in your area?

Let's realize that we are taking the opportunity to people to
attend this conference, and that HE is speaking to others around you
that you don't even know that they want to study these things. I think
that once you see the brochure and read through the information on the
teachers, that this brochure was designed to invite people to attend
because they want to change their homes and family lives as never
before. SO will you be our hands and pass these around?

I had two phone calls this week from families that are coming as a
unit to the Women Restored! Conference. Why would they want to
come--including the husbands? Because they wanted their whole family
touched by this message! Read what is on the information site at
http://www.haydid.org/women.htm and see if the topics that will be
discussed aren't something that we all want in our lives.

We are also excited about Bridges for Peace's representative,
Tammy Scheuser, bringing the Bridge's for Peace choir, orchestra and
Hebrew folk dancers for our special Friday night Sabbath service at
the conference. I will be leading the service, but they will be
adding that special touch. Those of you that have never read about
Sabbath are invited to read about it on our website. Believe me, this
special gathering on sabbath is definitely an appointment with HIM. We
want you there, okay?

We do have a need for 2 women that can sign for the deaf at the
conference. We've been contacted by handicapped people with
special needs and we could sure use your help in locating two women to
sign. Ask them to contact us as soon as possible, okay?

We are putting together a book package and a tape package for
the conference, so if you are interested in either, please go
tour website to read about it.

Topics that will be discussed: Rev. Jimmilea Berryhill will be
speaking on: The Women's Role in the First Century and the
Effective Application to Today's Woman and, Setting the Theme of Your
Home. Robin Scarlata (Homeschool author) will be speaking on
Biblical Holidays. Judith Fain will be speaking on Doesn't Anyone Blush
Anymore? Lenore Mullican, daughter of Dr. Robert Lindsey, will
speak on "The Position of Women: The Impact of the Redemption of Jesus and
Understanding Paul from the Perspective of His Jewishness." Linda
Leandri will speak on The Hebrew Foundations of the Christian Faith:
Ancient Customs of Marriage, Family, and The Home: A Practical Guide
to Peace, Holiness, and Joy in Your Home. And I will be speaking on
Romans 9-11 on Friday, and on Sunday I will close with the Havdalah
Service and speak on The Global Network.

Now we do have some ladies that want to attend from overseas. We have
been contacted by two that are near and dear to our heart--Nayra from
Brazil and Grete from Norway. They would like for you to pray about
them coming and that they LORD provides a way for them to come. We
would allow them to share at the conference, too, and you NEED to hear
what is happening around the world, as much as they need to fellowship
with us at the conference. So, please add this need to your prayer
list.

Of course, one of our major prayer needs is the covering for the
speakers as they get ready for this conference. All of us are busy
working on NEW materials that the LORD has given us to share...now we
need more prayer covering from YOU so that we can concentrate and not
be distracted. So if you have a prayer list, please add the Women's
Conference to your list.

Our registration deadline is Dec. 31, 1998. Let me explain
that only the $30 registration is NOT refundable. Some people
have thought that the entire $100 was not refundable but we
are willing to refund the meals and room portion of the
registration 30 days after the conference if you submit your
request in writing. After January 1,1999 the registration
portion will go up to $55.

HANUKKAH BOOK IS AVAILABLE

Lois Lessman and I have completely redone the Hanukkah: The
Light is Messiah book and I have posted it ALL on the website
minus some graphics. We have 94 pages of information for you to
examine, and if you want you may purchase a copy of it from our
ministry for $11 (non-member's price) or $10 to our members. We
ship the same day that we receive your money. We do accept
credit cards, too.

The Hanukkah book has been a labor of love for about 5 years and we
are excited about it's content and new shiny 4 color cover. The book
is spiral bound so it lays open on your table, too. Inside you will
find a question and answer section, recipes, candle lighting guide,
ideas for all eight nights, theme ideas, arts and crafts, and in the
back we have an extensive teaching section with articles written by
Eddie Chumney, Dr. John Garr, Rev. Randy Felton, Dr. Doug Wheeler, Pam
Staley and myself. Lots of information for you to start sharing the
first night of Hanukkah Dec 13, 1998! Do you want to get away from the
commercialism of Christmas? Then why not introduce something that
Jesus did to your family? Read John 10:22 and you will see that JESUS
was in the Temple at Hanukkah, so why not gently introduce this
festival that is all about HIS LIGHT into your family and center on
renewing your relationship with HIM instead of Santa Claus? Take the
emphasis out of the stores, and put it on teaching and rededication to
HIM.
