Subject: Great News on Ness Energy!

I met a lady the other day and we became good friends instantly.
Turns out she goes to Hayseed Stephens church - for 10 1/2 years, and
is a stockholder of Ness. She knows him (Ness) and his staff quite
well, and has for years. She sent me this update the other day, and
will do so any time there's a release from now on. Thought you might
be interested Oh, there are also times that "bigwigs" from Israel are
over here because of the drilling, and she has promised to let me
know so we can go over there and meet them.

Ness Energy International, Inc. Finally
Acquires Drilling Rights in Israel

PR Newswire - February 09, 1999 19:13

WILLOW PARK, Texas, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Kit
Karson Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: KTKC) of
Willow Park, Texas, symbol "KTKC", is excited to
report that Ness Energy has acquired 100% working
interest in the Hesed License, which covers 55.3
square miles in the State of Israel. This
concession covers the southwest end of the Dead
Sea, where the company's president, Hayseed
Stephens, believes major oil reserves are located
beneath the tremendous salt dome, Har Sedom. The
well, Elohim Perazim, has been staked and is
located in the middle of the world's oldest oil
seeps. Oil seeps were the first indicators for the
presence of oil that have led to many major
discoveries throughout the world, especially in the
Middle East. The depth of the well is to be in
excess of 20,000 feet deep. Updated geology,
geophysical work, and seismic work indicates the
main reservoir could have oil reserves of much more
than 1 Billion barrels, making it a super-giant oil
field. The main resource rocks are known to produce
great reservoirs and have produced 20 giant, or
super-giant, oil fields in similar geological
regions nearby in this rift zone.

Kit Karson Corporation and Ness Energy
International, Inc. have entered into an agreement
where they will work in concert to raise the
necessary funds to acquire the proper drilling
equipment (30,000 ft deep Emsco drilling rig) and
fund the drilling of this deep well at the lowest
spot on earth, the Dead Sea. Ness Energy received
the license on October 13, 1998 and, provided that
the funding is in place, expects to begin drilling
in the last quarter of 1999. Management is very
excited about this acquisition, the financial
potential for Israel and the Companies.

The president of KTKC is extremely thrilled about
the potential of this Israel project, and is
dedicating his time and energy to funding and
drilling this historical undertaking. "After 41
years in the oil business, this is by far the most
exciting venture that I have ever had the privilege
of being a part of. This potential discovery could
change history."

Kit Karson Corporation has been notified through
the serving of a lawsuit that a demand is being
made on the company for certain common shares. The
demand group were not stockholders of record at the
time Hayseed Stephens took control on December 22,
1997, and had not been of record since November
1985. Management has been advised there may be
additional parties with similar demands. Management
believes these demands are without any merit
whatsoever!
