Subject:  Ocean Shores, WA --- 1999 Feast of Tabernacles

    Dear Mishpachah (family):

I would be willing to say that most of our members have been on a
Christian mailing list at some point in your life. Did you ever notice
that most of the monthly letters are simply appeal letters to support
the particular ministry? However, how often have you received one of
these appeal letters to support ANOTHER ministry? Probably never.

The purpose of this note is to encourage our members to support
the 1999 Ocean Shores, Washington, Feast of Tabernacles gathering
being sponsored by Christian Renewal Ministries Int'l (CRMI). CRMI
founders ARE members of this newsgroup.

I founded the Hebraic Heritage Ministries Int'l newsgroup in
November 1996. Presently, we have nearly 2,500 members who are
RECEIVING the newsgroup e-mail on a weekly basis. Hardly ever and few
and far between have I since November 1996 used the newsgroup to ask
our members to support the ministry of Hebraic Heritage Ministries
Int'l. However, I have from time to time used the newsgroup to
encourage our members to purchase my two books, "The Seven Festivals
of the Messiah" and "Who is the Bride of Christ?". MANY newsgroup
members have ordered these two books over the past several years. I
pray that these books have been a rich blessing to you in your
studies of our rich hebraic heritage in Messiah.

I HAVE received many e-mail messages over the years from
our members thanking me for the time and effort that I put into the
newsgroup each week to make the teachings and news from Israel
available to our members. THANK YOU for your encouragement over the
years. It is much appreciated !!!

However, believers in Yeshua/Jesus as Messiah have not
trained their minds to view that weekly newsgroup e-mail which
teaches our members about our hebraic heritage in Messiah and keeps
current with news and information from Israel IS a ministry. We are
trained that when we step into a physical structure called a church
that when the bucket is passed that we are to give to support the
ministry of the church. However, our minds are not trained to view
teachings that comes from a ministry through the Internet via a
newsgroup rather than from a pulpit should and needs to be supported
with your prayers and financial support just like a traditional
church organation and building.

Nevertheless, I am pleased to report that God is faithful and the
needs of Hebraic Heritage Ministries Int'l are being met. Baruch
HaShem! I pray that when and if the Lord calls me
into full time ministry and I begin to go all over the world to teach
about our rich hebraic heritage in Messiah that many of our present
members will become faithful monthly supporters of Hebraic Heritage
Ministries Int'l.

Recently members from the newsgroup from my recent
Southern California trip urged me to ask our members to support
Hebraic Heritage Ministries Int't with a love gift of a minimum of
$5 a month if the ministry and the newsgroup e-mail is being a
blessing to you and your studies. While there may be alot of merit
to this proposal, I believe that all giving needs to be VOLUNTARY
according to II Corinthians 9:6-11.

However, once again, the purpose of this message is to
ask our members to support ANOTHER ministry (CRMI) and their 1999
Feast of Tabernacles gathering in Ocean Shores, Washington. Why am I
doing this?

One of the original founders of Christian Renewal
Ministries Int'l (CRMI) became a member of the Hebraic Heritage
newsgroup in February 1997. By being a member of the newsgroup and
by enjoying all the teaching articles, I was invited by CRMI to be a
speaker at their 1997 Feast of Tabernacles celebration. I also
spoke at the 1998 Feast of Tabernacles celebration.

By attending these two conferences, I was able to be
better acquainted with the founders, Rick and Gregory Richardson. I
was really blessed by their pureness of heart to bring together
people from ALL denominations and invite speakers from VARIOUS
Hebraic roots backgrounds to speak at the Feast of Tabernacles
celebration. Furthermore, there was NO fee to attend a WEEK long
celebration. FOOD was FREELY available throughout the week.

Without my asking, Gregory volunteered on his own to
put together an archive site of the articles that have been posted to
the Hebraic Heritage newsgroup over the years. Recently, Gregory has
gotten so busy that he has been unable to keep doing this in his
spare time and another newsgroup member has volunteered to bring the
Hebraic Heritage newsgroup archives up to date.

How often have you attended a WEEK long conference
celebration bringing in speakers from around the USA and NOT charging
a conference fee to attend the event? On top of this, CRMI is NOT a
large organization. It consists of FOUR members. Their weekly
congregation has only about 20-25 members (from what I remember in a
conversation that I have had in the past with them). Without a doubt,
they have a COMMITTMENT to the Lord to bless the body of Messiah with
the joy of EXPERIENCING the Biblical Feast of Tabernacles.

Quite possibly many of our own members fellowship with a
small group. Undoubtedly, all of our members Hebraic fellowship
groups LOVE to study our hebraic heritage in Messiah but how many are
so committed that you want OTHERS to know and understand this message
that you are willing to PAY and SACRIFICE for the airfare and motel
expenses of speakers and sponsor a week long conference and invite
some of the best Hebraic roots teachers in the country and charge NO
conference fee for a  week long event and even provide FREE food
during the event? To be honest, this is the ONLY event and
organization that I have met in my travels who sponsors a WEEK long
Festival celebration with NO conference fee and FREE FOOD. Are they
rich? Hardly, all FOUR members of CRMI work secular jobs and support
the conference through their tithes and offerings throughout the
entire year. Now, this is my definition of  being SERVANTS to the
Lord and to HIS message of the restoration of our Hebraic roots in
Messiah and the celebration of the Biblical Festivals.

For being such a blessing to the body of Messiah and by
being an EXAMPLE of HUMBLE SERVANTS of the Lord for the benefit of
other members in the body of Messiah by sponsoring these Feast of
Tabernacles celebrations in Ocean Shores, WA, the Lord has impressed
upon me that Hebraic Heritage Ministries Int'l should bless and
encourage CRMI and their efforts and pay for my own airfare expense
to teach at the 1999 Feast of Tabernacles event. So, such will be the
case this year.

If you have been blessed by being a member of the
Hebaic Heritage Ministries Int'l (HHMI) newsgroup over the years and
believe that OTHERS should know about our rich hebraic heritage in
Messiah and enjoy the celebration of  the Biblical Festivals, would you
consider giving a ONE TIME gift to Christian Renewal Ministries Int'l
(CRMI) to help FOUR people pay the expenses of a week long Feast of
Tabernacles gathering when their is NO CHARGE to attend the
conference and there is FREE food?

As many of your know who have been members of the
newsgroup since at least January 1999, I have been attaching to our
articles on a weekly basis info about attending the 1999 Feast of
Tabernacles at Ocean Shores. Why? Because I have a great desire for
our members to not just read or study about the Feast of Tabernacles
(although this is good) but to ATTEND a Feast of Tabernacles.
However, if you can't ATTEND and you wish you could in your heart,
would you at least considing sending a ONE TIME gift to CRMI to help
meet their expenses for sponsoring the 1999 Feast of Tabernacles at
Ocean Shores, WA?

Please keep in mind that no gift is too small. For
example, if all of our nearly 2500 newsgroup members would send a ONE
TIME gift to CRMI of at least $5, they would have over $10,000 to
help pay the expenses for the Feast of Tabernacles celebration. So,
please consider making a contribution of at least $5. Others can
afford to give $10, $25 or even $50.

How important is the celebration of the Feast of
Tabernacles to God? God will REQUIRE all nations to keep the Feast of
Tabernacles during the Messianic Age (Zechariah 14:16-17)

Thank you for your love and support of our rich hebraic
heritage in Messiah and for encouraging other believers in Messiah to
study, keep and celebrate the Biblical Festivals. Once again,
detailed information about the 1999 Feast of Tabernacles celebration
at Ocean Shores, WA will be given below.

                   Shalom in Messiah,
