The Biblical Calendar
Through complication and persecution by the Romans, the declaration of the new moon by the Sanhedrin no longer became possible. As a result, Hillel II (around 358 C.E.) introduced a calendar to determine each month based upon a mathematical calculation. This present calendar is an exile calendar. The determination of the new moon based upon the present mathematical calculation will no longer be done during the Messianic Era but will be done according to the days of old.
